Samuel Chen (b.1987) is a painter and part-time art coach in Singapore. He is mostly self-taught, except for 2 workshops attended in the US and Russia, both which shaped his outlook towards art and craftsmanship. His interest is in the visual arts, primarily oil painting, illustration and other hands-on work.
